{¶ 1} This matter is before the court on the notice of appeal of Steve Holder, filed November 30, 2006. Steve and Celeste Holder were married on July 25, 1997, and they were divorced on January 21, 2003. The parties have one daughter, Michelle, born April 6, 1998, and they entered into a shared-parenting plan upon their divorce.
