Jeremy Avery appeals his convictions and sentences for murder, armed robbery, and car jacking. Avery argues the trial court erred in failing to grant his motions for change of venue and severance. He also argues the trial court erred in ruling his statements to law enforcement were admissible because they were given voluntarily.
