¶ 1 This is appellant/school district's appeal from the trial judge's order reinstating career teacher Jerry Hagan.1 Appellant's board of education terminated Hagan under 70 O.S.2001 § 6-101.22(A)(3)2 of the Teacher Due Process Act, for alleged "physical or mental abuse of a child." Hagan demanded a trial de novo in district court and sought reinstatement with full back pay and benefits...
