Appellee, Moses Galvan Rico, Jr. was indicted for intentionally and knowingly possessing less than one gram of methamphetamine. Rico filed a motion to suppress alleging, among other grounds, that articles 18.06(a) and 18.07 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure1 were violated because the search warrant was not timely executed.
