Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant argues that his right to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures was violated when his parole officer searched the cell phone recovered from him upon his arrest for possessing a weapon, and discovered a picture of him holding what he later testified was a toy gun. The Supreme Court rejected this argument and denied that branch of the defendant's omnibus motion which was to suppress the photograph, finding...
