MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

HOLWELL, District Judge.

Pro se plaintiff Peter F. Davey has filed a motion for reconsideration of the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order dated September 26, 2006, in which the Court granted defendants' motions to dismiss, enjoined plaintiff from pursuing related actions, and found plaintiff subject to sanctions pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1927. See Davey v. Dolan, 453 F.Supp.2d 749
