Kenneth Edward Norris ("Defendant") was tried by jury on one count of statutory rape in the first degree, and on two counts of child molestation in the first degree. The jury acquitted him of statutory rape, but convicted him on both child molestation counts. The jury assessed his punishment at fifteen years on each count, and the trial court subsequently sentenced him to consecutive terms of fifteen years on each count. Defendant appeals...
