This matter is before the Court on the Defendant's Motion to Compel Arbitration, or in the Alternative, to Stay Action Pending Arbitration (the "Motion to Compel Arbitration") (Doc. No. 4). The Motion to Compel Arbitration was filed by the Defendant in response to the Plaintiffs complaint in which she asserts claims against the Defendant for violations of the Truth in Lending Act ("TILA")
