A Berrien County grand jury indicted Eddie Lee Chauncey on four counts of aggravated child molestation and four counts of aggravated sodomy for committing acts of oral and anal molestation against his two minor stepbrothers. After a bench trial, the superior court found Chauncey guilty but mentally retarded on all eight counts.
