Judy Moreland appeals from decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission dismissing her appeal from her disqualification for unemployment benefits. Moreland failed to appear at a telephone hearing before appeals tribunal and the appeal of her disqualification for benefits was, accordingly, dismissed.
