[¶ 1] Christine Witherspoon (Witherspoon) filed an action alleging that Dr. Maura Lofaro and Teton Laser Center, LLC (collectively the Defendants) had negligently administered an intense pulsed light (IPL) hair removal treatment causing her to suffer burning and scarring.
