Respondent filed a complaint with the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings in response to campaign materials prepared and disseminated by relator. The complaint alleged violations of the Minnesota Fair Campaign Practices Act, specifically Minn.Stat. §§ 211B.04 and .06 (2004). The office of administrative hearings found relator in violation of section 211B.06 because of three statements included on a campaign flyer...
