DeMOSS, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-Appellant, Brandon Walters, appeals his post-Booker, non-Guideline sentence as unreasonable. Because we find that the district court did not give adequate explanation justifying the non-Guideline sentence, we VACATE and REMAND.
