[¶ 1] Samuel S. Johnson and Disciplinary Counsel petitioned this Court for review of a hearing panel's report and recommendation of suspension. We conclude there is clear and convincing evidence Johnson violated N.D.R. Prof. Conduct 3.3, 4.1, 4.4, 8.1, and 8.4, and N.D.R. Lawyer Discipl. 1.2(A), and we order Johnson be suspended for 60 days and pay the costs of the disciplinary...
