I. INTRODUCTION

Bettina Camden-Ishimaru moved for an increase in child support in 2004, five years after her divorce from Carl Rosen became final. The superior court denied the motion to modify support. Bettina then moved to establish a judgment for child support arrearages and unpaid orthodontic expenses.
