BILLINGS, Judge:

¶ 1 Defendant Terry L. Johnson appeals his conviction for murder, a first degree felony. See Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-203 (Supp. 2006). On appeal, Defendant asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion for a new trial because certain evidence was erroneously admitted at trial, see Utah R. Evid. 404(b); his trial counsel's assistance was ineffective; and the prosecutor engaged in prosecutorial misconduct...
