Defendant-appellant Juan Segarra-Rivera (Segarra) asks that we remand for an evidentiary hearing on his asserted right to withdraw his guilty plea. Segarra premises this entreaty on the ground that he was entitled, under the Sixth Amendment, to be represented at his plea-withdrawal hearing by conflict-free counsel.
