Appellants Beth Marie Riddle, et al. ("the Riddles") appeal the grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees Richard J. Udouj, et al. ("the Udoujes") and assert that the court erred in deciding the Riddles' claims regarding breach of the warranties of title and quiet enjoyment and constructive fraud based on the running of the respective statutes of limitations. We affirm the circuit court.
