Appellant, Komlanvi Edoh, appeals from a judgment convicting him of sexual assault. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 22.011 (Vernon Supp.2006). Appellant pleaded not guilty to the jury. The jury found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at 11 years in prison. In four issues, appellant contends the evidence is legally and factually insufficient because complainant's testimony was not credible, and the evidence failed...
