In this civil lawsuit, Lakisha Williams appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to National Auto Sales, Inc. and its employee (Boyd Petersen) on Williams's claims for conversion, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and punitive damages. These claims (as well as breach of contract and UCC violation claims, on which summary judgment was denied) arise out of National's repossession of Williams's vehicle when she was one...
