Appellant Marcus Rackley was charged with thirty-seven various sex offenses in Faulkner County; the charges, which included rape, incest, second-degree sexual assault, and first-degree sexual abuse, stemmed from allegations that Rackley had repeatedly sexually molested his step-daughter, T.W., between 2001 and 2004. Cynthia Rackley, Marcus Rackley's wife and T.W.'s mother, was also charged with permitting abuse of a minor, a misdemeanor violation...
