The trustee seeks to recover from defendant Troy Wright ("Wright") the estate's share of his 2004 and 2005 federal and state income tax refunds. The trustee also seeks to revoke defendant's discharge for disobeying two turnover orders and failing to turnover property of the estate. The trustee, J.
