GREENWOOD, Associate Presiding Judge:

¶ 1 In this landlord-tenant dispute, Plaintiff Geralynn Myrah (Landlord) appeals the trial court's judgment awarding her damages against Defendants Klaus and Shannon Campbell (Tenants) in an amount significantly less than what Landlord sought. Tenants cross-appeal the trial court's dismissal of their counterclaims. We affirm all of the substantive issues appealed, but remand the issue of attorney fees to...
