I. INTRODUCTION

In this case Daniel DeNardo, for the third time, seeks a determination that Superior Court Judge Mark Rindner incorrectly dismissed his lawsuit in DeNardo v. Alaska Cleaners, Inc.1 ("first lawsuit"). When that dismissal was on direct appeal before this court, DeNardo failed to post a cost bond, and we dismissed the appeal sua sponte in July...
