Arthur Lee III was tried by a jury and convicted of robbery and obstruction of an officer. He claims that the evidence was insufficient to support his robbery conviction, that the trial court abused its discretion by denying his motion to sever his trial from that of his co-defendant,1 and that he was denied a fair trial because of juror misconduct. We conclude that the evidence was sufficient to support Lee's robbery conviction...
