{¶ 1} The Cincinnati Board of Education ("school board") appeals the trial court's judgment for Rose Olivas. We conclude that the trial court erred when it refused to dismiss Olivas's claims for declaratory judgment, injunctive relief, and damages against the school board and that it erred in awarding attorney fees and costs in the amount of $57,181.46.
