Jonathan A. Moseley appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Arlington County, which revoked his "right to practice before the Circuit Court of Arlington." Moseley contends the circuit court erred for two reasons: First, he argues the court "was without jurisdiction" to revoke his right to practice.
