Defendant Ernesto Franco was convicted and sentenced for possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). On appeal, he challenges the district court's admission of "other acts" evidence introduced by the government to rebut his entrapment defense, as well as the district court's restriction of his cross-examination of a government witness.
