This appeal is from a probate court's refusal to set aside the confirmation of a judicial sale of land, inherited and held as tenants in common by the decedent's grandsons, to satisfy an attorney's lien for his representation of only one of the grandsons in a will contest. Because the trial court erred in refusing to set aside the confirmation of sale, we reverse and remand for further proceedings...
