Appellants are lot holders in the Millwood Subdivision of Hot Springs. They appeal from a decree of the Garland County Circuit Court that quieted title in Lot 10 of that subdivision in appellees J.E. Mattingly and P.R. Prince (now Mattingly) and concomitantly extinguished the appellants' right of common usage in the parcel. Appellees Mattingly and Prince acquired their interest in Lot 10 through a quitclaim deed pursuant to a tax sale...
