A Hennepin County jury found Juvon De Wilson guilty of second-degree intentional murder for the death of Dante Jemison. After discovering evidence of inaccurate or possibly false testimony and other new evidence, Wilson petitioned for postconviction relief in the form of a new trial or an evidentiary hearing.
