SWEET, District Judge.

On January 13, 2006, Daniel Castro ("Castro") appeared before the Honorable Frank Maas of this District and pleaded guilty to one count of theft by a bank employee. For the reasons set forth below, Castro will be sentenced to an eight month term of imprisonment, to be followed by a three-year term of supervised release. Hernandez also will be required to pay restitution of $65,600 and a special assessment...
