In this case, we must determine whether evidence of alcohol intoxication should be excluded in a criminal proceeding where Iowa law enforcement officers pursued a suspect into Missouri, arrested the suspect in that state, returned the suspect directly to Iowa without first presenting the accused to a Missouri magistrate as required by Missouri's Fresh Pursuit Statute, and thereafter obtained further incriminating...
