Plaintiff Lee Williams was a truck driver for the SYSCO corporation from 1994-2002 and a participant in the company's long term disability ("LTD") plan. On July 26, 2002, Williams became ill, and late that year was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome ("CFS").
