This case is a dispute over whether Park Manor, Ltd., is entitled to Medicaid reimbursement for legal fees it incurred in state and federal litigation. The Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services concluded Park Manor is entitled to only partial reimbursement of fees from the state litigation and no reimbursement of fees from the federal litigation.
