Cleveland County Board of Education ("the Board") appeals from order denying in part its motion to dismiss and for summary judgment in favor of Haley Amanda Lail ("Lail") and Lisa Carol Jestes, as guardian ad litem and individually (collectively, "plaintiffs"). We affirm and remand for correction of clerical error.
