The trial court excluded from evidence a videotape and photographs of child pornographic images taken from the defendant's computer as a sanction for the state's failure to comply with a court ordered discovery deadline. The state appeals, contending that in the absence of findings of bad faith and prejudice, the trial court's ruling was unauthorized. Because the trial court's order contained no such findings...
