Defendants appeal an order of the circuit court denying their motion for summary disposition based on governmental immunity. We affirm.

Plaintiff owns a motor vehicle towing and recycling business in Laingsburg. He contracts with various private businesses in the city of Lansing to tow unwanted vehicles from their property.
