Appellants, Luis Arturo Guevera Belteton, temporary administrator of the estate of Flavio Gonzales-Soto ("Soto"), deceased, et al. (collectively referred to as "Appellants"), appeal from the trial court's granting of a summary judgment in favor of the appellee, Adrian Industrial Constructors, Inc. ("Adrian").
