In this case we must determine the proper interpretation of a 1999 divorce decree that divided Anthony Caracciolo's retirement benefits stemming from his military service while married to Joanne Caracciolo. On appeal from an order attempting to clarify the 1999 decree, Anthony contends the trial court improperly calculated Joanne's share of his retirement pay and that her percentage of his retirement benefits...
