In this patent case, plaintiff Scanner Technologies Corp. ("Scanner") alleges that defendant ICOS Vision Systems Corp., N.V. ("ICOS") infringes the claims of two of Scanner's patents (the "Patents"): U.S. Patent No. 6,064,756 (the "1756 Patent") and U.S. Patent No. 6,064,757 (the "1757 Patent").
