In this action to quiet title, plaintiff appeals as of right an order distributing the proceeds from a receivership property sale to defendants. We affirm.

The real property involved in this action was previously owned by third parties, Mr. and Mrs. Dutka. Plaintiff instituted an independent action against the Dutkas, alleging fraud, embezzlement, and fraudulent transfers arising out of its employment relationship with Mrs. Dutka. Plaintiff also...
