TIM TAFT, Justice.

Appellant, Sweeny Community Hospital ("Sweeny"), sued appellee, Rodolfo Mendez, M.D., for breach of contract. Mendez countersued for breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, defamation, and retaliation. Sweeny filed a plea to the jurisdiction contending that it was immune from suit for tortious interference, defamation, and retaliation. The trial court denied the plea to the jurisdiction, from which ruling Sweeny appeals...
