Following our original opinion issued November 28, 2006, by which we reversed the judgment of the trial court and rendered judgment that Carole Daniel and Stan Daniel take nothing against Mid-Century Ins. Co. of Texas, the Supreme Court issued its opinion in Brainard v. Trinity Universal Ins. Co., 216 S.W.3d 809
