The petitioner herein, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (hereinafter "the ODC"), requests this Court to find the respondent herein, attorney Michael F. Niggemyer (hereinafter "Mr. Niggemyer"), in contempt of this Court based on his failure to comply with this Court's prior orders entered May 11, 2005, and November 29, 2006, and to immediately suspend his license to practice law as a result of such noncompliance.
