Jorge Ernesto Soriano petitions for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirming the decision of the Immigration Judge ("IJ") and holding Soriano inadmissible to the United States as an alien smuggler under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
