This is an appeal from a superior court's order in a year's support action. Richard Lamar Taylor ("Richard") died intestate in December 2004. Tammy Teresa Taylor ("Tammy"), his surviving spouse, and John Jared Taylor ("Jared"), Richard's adult son, were appointed as co-administrators of the estate. In March 2006, Tammy filed a petition for a year's support. Specifically, she sought to recover $60,000 remaining in proceeds
