¶ 1 Kendra L. Watt challenges the Court of Appeals ruling affirming her conviction for manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and second degree criminal mistreatment. On direct appeal, the Court of Appeals affirmed the convictions, and this court denied review, but the United States Supreme Court vacated the judgment and remanded for reconsideration in light of Crawford v. Washington, 541 U.S. 36
