[¶ 1.] After the police entered the home of Margaret "Peggy" Dillon (Dillon) claiming exigent circumstances, they found evidence of marijuana use in plain view. Using this evidence, the police applied for and were granted a search warrant for the home. During this search, the police found 2.9 pounds of marijuana.
