OPINION OF THE COURT

KARLA MOSKOWITZ, J.

In this action for tortious interference with prospective business relations, defendant Sirius Satellite Radio, Inc. moves for an order, pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (1) and (7), dismissing the complaint dated October 20, 2006 of plaintiff Advanced Global Technology LLC (AGT). For the reasons discussed below, the court grants the motion.
